About our talk at The London Transport Museum - 29th of June from 6.30 to 7.30.
We will talk about art as a public service, about our operating model of work, how we get people to see art on the move and other strategies we use to make art on the streets..
A lonely space traveller who sees us from out of space gently warns us. A New Recycling Bin for Tanners Hill has been developed by Artmongers with the help of local children from 3 to 16 years old. It was commissioned by the Brockley Forum and funded by The Mayors Fund. The three new capsules will be launched the first week of June 2010.
We have finally got the means to produce an artwork for the Garrahan Hospital in Buenos Aires. One of the two digital murals will be a participatory work based on finding oddities and nonsense in a forest. The other one will be the bubble tank, on the left. It will be located in a waiting room where children are expecting an operation. It was funded by the British Embassy in Argentina.
